Bio:
Sue Read is a Registered Psychologist and Founder and Director of Life Unlimited Psychology with over 18 years of experience in Clinical Practice. Sue is particularly passionate about providing support after trauma, chronic illness and preventing burnout in corporate environments, for athletes, military personnel as well as individual well-being. As a former Olympic athlete and goalkeeper for the Matildas, Sue has a great understanding of the importance of finding and maintaining motivation to prioritise our own health, despite high physical and mental demands.
