David Casteleijn - Herbal Myth-Busting

Today, we welcome back David Casteleijn for an enlightening episode of herbal myth-busting. David dives into the truth behind common misconceptions about antihypertensive herbs, Tribulus, Lemon Balm, Chaste Tree, Licorice, Korean Ginseng, Hemidesmus, and St. John’s Wort. He highlights the critical importance of understanding herbs as modulators, distinct from pharmaceutical medications. David passionately encourages us all to become advocates for our herbs and ensure that only those trained in herbal medicine speak on their behalf.
