Wholefood Breakie Bowl

Gluten and dairy-free recipe


Ingredients:


- 1 cup blueberries (frozen)

- 1 cup raspberries (frozen)

- 1 banana

- 1 cup of kale or spinach leaves

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

- 1 cup almond or macadamia or coconut milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or seeds from 1 fresh vanilla bean)

- 5-10 g MediHerb Wholefoods Multi


Topping options: Sliced banana, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chia seeds, shaved or shredded coconut, chopped nuts (almonds, macadamias, walnuts, cashews), LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond) mix


Method:


Place the kale/spinach, chia seeds and nut milk into a blender and process until smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and puree. Place the mix into a bowl and garnish (beautifully) with any of the suggested toppings (or any others you can dream of)
