Super Boost Smoothie

Gluten and dairy-free recipe


Ingredients:


- 1 banana (frozen)
- 10 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 10 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 ml coconut water
- 150 ml coconut milk or cream
- 5-10 g MediHerb Wholefoods Multi


Method:


Wash berries and peel banana. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. For a chocolate-berry option, try adding a dessertspoon of organic raw cacao powder to the mix!
