Immune Boosting Berry Juice

Support your immune system function with the help of zinc and vitamin C. (serves 2)


Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup of blueberries

- 1 green apple (core removed)

- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves

- 1 cm ginger root (peeled)

- 1 level scoop of Eagle Zinc-C Powder

- 250 mL water or coconut water


Method:


Place ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and process until smooth. If the juice is too thick, add more water until you reach the desired consistency.
