Berry Good Bliss Balls

Gluten and dairy-free recipe


- 12 medjool dates, pitted

- 1 cup raw macadamias

- ½ cup shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling

- 1/3 cup coconut oil

- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (organic)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 10-20 g MediHerb Wholefoods Multi


Place dates into a bowl, cover with water and allow to soak for at least 1 hour, then strain. Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until the mixture is well incorporated and comes together.

Using a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into even sized balls. Place remaining coconut on a plate or dish, and roll each ball in the coconut to coat. Place into a storage container and refrigerate. If you prefer, you can roll the balls in sesame seeds, LSA or cacao.
